SEO/Content Manager

We are looking for a freelancer (not an agency) that wants to help us to set up a team of marketers, content writers, and SEO specialists to help us grow our business.

In the beginning, we are looking for a somebody that is able to do SEO and marketing by himself:
- Create quality backlinks.
- Create great blog articles.
- Grow referral traffic.
- Manage social accounts and postings.

You need to have a basic to more advanced understanding of how to grow website traffic (long term) and related subjects but no worries we will guide you in the beginning. When we see potential and growth, we will extend the business and give you more responsibilities to start building a real team. Starting with 1 to 3 people and then grow to a +15 people team.

For us, it is important that you are an expert that wants to grow into a management role in which you will be responsible to run multiple teams. Eventually, you will be the office manager for us in the Philippines. Also here we will guide you but we also expect responsibility and pro-active value from your side to build up the company. You need to be able to define and execute the tasks ahead. We will clearly state our monthly target and you will (bi-)weekly share the results through video conferencing.

You will be working for an online company with an office in Shanghai consisting out of 4 people. The company exists already since 2016 and offers stability and growth in education, career, and income.

We will start with 8 weeks of commitment. We stated a fixed price for those 8 weeks and will define weekly milestones. Every first Monday during working hours (9:30AM - 11AM),  we will have a conference call to discuss the results and release the weekly milestone if the results are according to the expectations. We expect 36~40 hours per week commitment from Monday to Friday. You must be available for us during working hours.
