Position Summary

  • The role is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
  • He/she will assist project teams with technical issues in operation
  • Responsible for corporate OA system sysadmin, support, improvement and development.
  • Based on expert skills, provide training and leadership on the installation, configuration, and management of the service operation
  • Lead cross-functional team efforts to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks and make performance related recommendations (hardware, software, configuration) in the virtual environment
  • Create run book and other supporting configuration documentation.
  • 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday

Main Tasks (Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To)

  • Provide on-site and off-site support to our customers in Shanghai who are on IT equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, office applications, etc
  • Manage the asset life cycle process, maintaining hardware inventory, accurate cycle counts, and decommissioning processes
  • Support all infrastructure projects in Great China region
  • Support OA system, including sysadmin, form and process design, report development.
  • Member of workplace team to support all related operations and projects in Asia region
  • Support Compliance team to make all IT devices compliance
  • Other IT responsibilities as assigned by line manager.


  • Bachelor degree and above in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related field.
  • 1+ years of IT service management and process implementation experience
  • 1+ years’ server and network administration experience.
  • 1+ years’ ITSM process experience.
  • 1+ years’  OA sysadmin and development experience.
  • Experience using and managing ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012+
  • Network fundamentals (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing)
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Cloud + Perpetual)
  • Experience with video conferencing solutions and support
  • Must be able to analyze and problem solve complex technical issues with minimal supervision
  • Cloud knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills and English and Chinese speaking
